- Graduate Certificate in Project Monitoring and Evaluation
This in-depth Certificate equips participants to design and implement M&E of donor-funded programs. Courses follow M&E plans throughout the project cycle from proposal to final impact evaluations and provides comparisons of differing donor requirements and approaches to M&E. It prepares students to both qualitatively and quantitatively assess internationally funded projects mainly located in developing countries.
